The Grätzl suites are located directly on the Meidlinger Markt, where you will also find the local contact in the Hüftgold market confectionery. Anyone who likes a personal touch is very welcome here. In what is probably the smallest patisserie in the world, Mark Ruiz Hellin is always happy to greet guests with a smile and one of his home-baked treats. As usual, check-in is uncomplicated. Guests check in independently and without a reception desk by using a personal code to obtain their room key from the key safe attached to the front of the building.

In the former working-class neighbourhood of Meidling, tradition and international flair come together like rarely before, attracting more and more young people in recent years. A special highlight is the Meidling market itself, which has only recently reinvented itself and not only offers exceptional delicacies, but also impresses with its hospitality and cosy atmosphere in the market's eateries.
If you're hungry, you shouldn't miss the urban farmers' market. From Styrian delicacies to oriental specialities, everything is on offer here, and the club culture, inns and pubs in particular also characterise the 12th district. Not far from the Grätzl suites, for example, you will find the legendary U4 nightclub, where greats such as Falco and Kurt Cobain have sung their hearts out in the past.
